The seller’s were motivated to sell quickly. We rushed to have our first open house since we knew that July and August would be slow. The extreme makeover included a total painting renovation and your staging which enabled us to raise the asking price to $999K from where we originally had thought might be below $900K. The seller’s are delighted even though we didn’t go over the asking price.
